  Rosé     Chambourcin
Rose This wine has been Biodynamically grown on our estate. A southern French style unwooded blush wine which is delicate and aromatic, and has a citrus crisp acidity, with a clean, soft finish. Try it as an aperitif or with seafood, pastas, tapas and salads.   Chambourcin This wine has also been Biodynamically grown on our estate. A lighter style red wine reminiscent of a French Pinot Noir, or Beaujolais matured in old French oak, which allows the fruit flavours to better emerge. A medium dry red wine with light tannins and fresh berry flavours.

  Verdelho     Caldera Red
Verdelho A full bodied, unwooded white wine with a crisp, medium dry palate. It has a fresh bouquet, with hints of tropical fruits, notably star fruit, lychee and green melon flavours. This fruity wine goes beautifully with shell-fish, Thai meals or other spicy Asian dishes, or as an afternoon drink shared with friends.   Caldera Red Serve Chilled.
This is a sweeter style red wine, yet it is full-bodied and displays rich fruity characters. Although a blend of Shiraz and Merlot, we have opted to make this wine slightly sweeter for those people who find the dry tannic reds excessive on the palate. This wine should be served chilled and is excellent to accompany a cheese platter, Thai chilli dishes, or as an afternoon drink.

  Viognier
Viognier (Pronounced Vee-on-yay). A medium burnished gold coloured wine which has dominant honey and floral overtones on the nose suggesting a sweeter style wine, but in fact has a medium dry palate, reminiscent of dry pears and peaches. It is full-bodied, rich and creamy, with a silky mouth feel. The long finish of this wine displays honeyed and nutty flavours making our Viognier a perfect partner to go with seafood – particularly shell-fish, spicy pork and chicken dishes, cheese platters and fresh fruit.
